HOW IT ALL WORKS:

First, you arrive at your scheduled time and first thing, we will go through your outfit choices so I can better plan out your posing.

You also get the option to use my in house studio wardrobe! I have over 30 pieces in sizes ranging from XS to 3XL. I even have shoes (even a couple pairs of Louboutins!)!

Next,

RECEIVE A PULCHRITUDOUS MAKEOVER…

After your makeup and hair are beautifully styled, which usually takes between an hour and 90 minutes, we start our session!!

The Poppington Experience is generally between 60-90 minutes of shoot time. I don’t really like to put time limits on it, because everyone is different and every experience is unique.

AFTER THE SESSION…

If a same day image reveal is scheduled, we will break for 1-2 hours while WVP Studios edit your photos. You can take this time to grab lunch (you will be famished from posing and stretching!), and do errands, shop, or whatever you would like to fill this time frame.

If a same day image reveal isn’t feasible, we will schedule a time for you to come back and see your images at a different time and date. If you are from out of town (more than an hour away) and cannot make it back for an in person reveal, we will do an online in person reveal via Google Hangouts or Zoom Meetings. You will need a computer and internet that can stream Netflix with no issues.

Most of our Real Models get to see their fully edited photos in the same week as their session!!

THEN… THE BIG REVEAL!!

At your image reveal, we will go through all of your images individually and you will select your favorites and make any purchases at this time. PLEASE NOTE: Images that are not purchased either in full or on a payment plan at your image reveal will be deleted within 48 hours.

The reveal usually takes about 45 minutes to an hour.

ADDITIONAL SESSION INFORMATION

Sessions take place at our studio in downtown, Jefferson City, MO. Session reschedule/cancellation policy: One session reschedule is available at no charge if requested at least 1 week prior to session date. If within 1 week, a reschedule is subject to a $150 rescheduling fee. Only 1 reschedule will be permitted. Session cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the session are subject to a $300 cancellation fee, as well as forfeiture of retainer. Session cancellations or more than 1 reschedule are subject to forfeit of the original retainer fee paid and a new retainer must be paid if client wishes to book at a later date. If client is more than 15 minutes late to her appointment, she or he may be subject to reschedule with the $300 fee if there are no available appointments left in the day.  If client no-shows, the session fee is forfeited, and a new session fee as well as a minimum up-front purchase of $500 will be required at booking for future instances.

There are different options to purchase the images from your session. The first, is to choose from one of our pre-chosen collections:

I understand that this is an investment. It’s not just an investment in beautiful images or a gift, it’s an investment in YOU.

Clients generally invest between $800 and $3000 including their session fee and image purchases.

We accept all major credit cards or cash.

Any purchases are due the day of your image reveal and order session. Any images not purchased at the reveal will be deleted within 48 hours.

FINANCING

---

I offer convenient in-house payment plans. After a minimum $200 downpayment (due at your image reveal), we will break your remaining balance into equal payments to be paid over a time period from 3-6 months. You can opt for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payments. Payments will be set up for Auto Pay. You choose your due date. PLEASE NOTE: For in-house payment plans, no images or products will be ordered or delivered until after final payment is received. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Payment Options

Cash and all major credit cards are accepted (debit/credit card purchases are subject to a 4% convenience fee).  Personal checks will be accepted, but are subject to a 5-10 day waiting period before images or products will be delivered.  Sales tax may be added to purchases. 

Need a payment plan?  No problem!!  We offer payment plans through Cashapp, PayPal Credit, Affirm, and in-house payment plans.

Product Delivery

Please note that most printed products will be delivered approximately 2-3 weeks after ordering. Gallery canvas, metals, acrylics, and albums do take longer and may not be ready for 4 to 6 weeks from the ordering date. If you need your product delivered for a specific occasion, please let me know at the time of booking your session so that we can discuss your options.
