During casting calls, participants will complete an application and discuss their strengths and goals with Brown.

Brown encourages interested parties to wear all black — women wearing high heels and men wearing casual dress shoes or boots.

She looks forward to making her mark throughout the world and create charters in various countries. Her biggest goal is to know she made a difference and taught people to do the same.
